What a project this was!
This customer came to us with a new project he was planning. The customer was building a new outbuilding at his property in Leeds that would consist of a Spa room and a swim spa system. The building would require a full electrical installation with a new supply running in from his house.
This was where we discovered a potential problem with his existing electrical system, it wasn't big enough to take the new load he wanted to put into his new spa building.
So what did we do...........
Firstly we determined the new maximum load of his Spa building along with the existing electrical system. We then loaded up this information into our design software along with some calculations and quickly found out that the current electrical supply to the property wasn't big enough! We then did a full design of the system with load parameters and then an application to the Northern power grid to upgrade the customers supply.
Once this was done the project could get underway. We installed a new three phase distribution board which was supplied from the new northern power grid supply. This was our new distribution center for the existing house supplies and also for the new Spa building. Additionally we also installed the supplies to the new swim spa machine, sauna room along with sockets and lighting.
